SHIPPING POLICY
At Food First Therapy, we ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post.
Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
Shipping Notification: You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our simple returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging (including tissue paper and branded sticker). Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or are not in their original, perfect condition cannot be refunded.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we offer exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item for a replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Exchange Process: Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose another product or request a refund.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Prepaid Return Label: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
